With offices in Singapore, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam, PAE South Asia Pacific employs nearly a thousand people providing onshore/offshore construction, design-build, logistics and training services in the Asia Pacific region and throughout the world. PAE's network of offices in the region include Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, in addition to our Singapore office, which has been in operation since 1978.
We believe that proper training is essential to meeting our customer’s expectations and maintaining a safe work environment for our employees. All of our offshore personnel are required to attend training and refresher programs, which are offered at regular intervals to prepare personnel for mobilization at short notice.
Training courses include:
- Survival: Sea survival, Fire-fighting, Helicopter Underwater Escape Training

PAE employs experienced professionals as instructors and trainers to conduct the training. Aside from classroom briefing and theory sessions, the lessons are conducted in mock-up "real-life" situations, such as fire fighting. Skilled trades such as Welding and Equipment Handling require the participants to take a test.
