Through REACT, PAE offers opportunities in two major areas:
- Secondment to the OSCE
Ideal candidates for these full-time, professional positions are American-citizen experts who specialize in one of a broad range of fields including: democratization, elections, human rights, rule of law, military and border monitoring and political affairs. - Election Observation
Ideal candidates for these short-term, volunteer deployments are American citizens with prior experience observing or administering elections.
REACT experts and volunteers work to advance the goals of the OSCE.
