Michael Dignam
PresidentMichael joined PAE as Chief Operating Officer and Transition Executive in 2006 and was named President in 2010. As part of the transition team that initially incorporated PAE into Lockheed Martin, he was instrumental in creating Lockheed Martin’s Readiness and Stability Operations (RSO) business unit, which included PAE and was focused on developing the Logistics and Smart Power market. In 2007, Michael was named President of RSO, which grew more than 20% per year under his leadership. Prior to PAE and RSO, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Lockheed Martin’s Information Technology business unit. Michael started his career with General Electric in 1987 as a member of the GE Financial Management Program, and he held roles of increasing responsibility as the Corporation transitioned via industry consolidations from GE to Martin Marietta to Lockheed Martin. Michael received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Scranton.
Tina Dolph
Chief Operating OfficerTina joined PAE in 2009 as Vice President of Global Support Operations and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Tina began her career with PAE's parent company, Lockheed Martin, in 1991 and has held a wide variety of roles with increasing resposibilities in financial management, business development and business management. She recently completed the Lockheed Martin Executive Assessment & Development Program, which is reserved for the top-50 high potential executives. Tina holds a BS in Business Administration from LeMoyne College and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She also is a graduate of the General Electric Financial Development Program.
Robert (Bob) Volpi
Chief Financial OfficerBob joined PAE in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. From 2007 to 2009, Bob was the Vice President of Finance & Business Operations for Lockheed Martin's Readiness & Stability Operations group. Bob began his business career in 1978 and has served in a number of financial management and business operations leadership positions at Lockheed Martin and its predecessor companies. Bob received a BS in Accounting from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA in Financial Management from Santa Clara University.
